My name is Judith Muijen \u015eeng\u00fcl.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I was born in Twente, in the east of the Netherlands, among open fields and a culture of grounded realism.From an early age, my heart was drawn to distant horizons. Since 1999, I have lived and worked in Italy, Brazil, Portugal, Gran Canaria, Greece, Bulgaria and Turkey<\/p>\n

What began as a career in international tourism evolved into years of leadership, organisation and guiding people. From individual guests to large international teams across multiple countries and destinations in and beyond Europe. <\/p>\n

That inner journey shaped who I am today: a coach, a guide and a human being, like a life artist.
Someone who knows what it means to search, to fall, to rise again, and to consciously choose joy and meaning in life. <\/p>\n

I traveled the world, but the deepest journey began within.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

In recent years, I have worked with students from Fontys University of Applied Sciences (NL) <\/strong>and Thomas More University of Applied Sciences (BE) <\/strong>on research into meaning and personal growth.
Their fresh perspectives and insights added new layers to my work and deepened my understanding of how people learn, grieve, heal and create meaning.<\/p>\n

From this foundation, JM Holiday <\/strong>grew into a place where coaching, experience and reflection meet. Not to travel, but to live more consciously.<\/p>\n

Whether you come for clarity, balance or connection, I guide you with groundedness, intuition and care.

\u2728 What I do now<\/strong><\/h3>\n

I live in Bodrum with my family and our dog, where I founded JM Holiday<\/strong>:
\na place where travel, reflection and lived experience come together.<\/p>\n

I work with 1-on-1 coaching<\/strong> (also online), tailored retreats<\/strong> and practical approaches. Always aligned with what someone needs to feel calm, direction and a sense of support.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

When you are in Bodrum, we use the environment as support. The atmosphere and energy of this place contribute to the process and make it easier to open up and go deeper. This can be very concrete: feeling through working with your hands, such as with clay; tasting while cooking together; scenting through aromatherapy; or seeing and moving during a walk or time on the water. Intuition can also be sharpened, for example through a tarot or coffee reading. These elements help people step out of their head and make conversations more tangible. <\/p>\n

My role is to help put words to what is present.
\nI connect the dots, ask questions and translate insights into daily life, so they don\u2019t remain at the level of understanding but become usable.<\/p>\n

There is room for relaxation, but we don\u2019t turn away from what needs attention.
\nWe work calmly, honestly and with purpose.<\/p>\n

As I am currently deepening my studies in aromatherapy,<\/strong> scent-based awareness and small aromatherapy workshops will gradually become part of my guidance. Practical in use and supportive. <\/p>\n

In this way, a natural balance emerges between rest, joy and awareness. Much like life itself. <\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf93 My path as a coach<\/strong><\/h3>\n

I graduated as a life coach at Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i University<\/strong> in Istanbul.
\nThere, I combined my years of experience in human connection with professional frameworks such as the ABC model, SWOT, GROW <\/strong>and the Wheel of Life.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Coaching with me is not about applying a method. It is about meeting.
